J & L Wood Designs  custom builds and designs to your specifications.

We can help with your restoration project by reproducing those stairway parts that are damaged, broken or missing.  If possible, bring us a sample of the part and we’ll produce a part matching both shape and finish.

When designing new, we start with your ideas in the form of magazine clippings, pictures, drawings or an existing furniture piece.  If you need ideas we provide a variety of samples from which you can select.  From there we collect the space’s precise dimensions and refine the idea into a finished drawing that is used to build your custom piece.
